OVERLON OPF, the UV screen printing varnish which was specially developed

   for plastics sheet, cardboard and paper. Generally speaking, first printed paper

   with plastics film(PVC,OPP,PET) laminated, then top coating OVERLON OPF

   UV varnish and outstanding graphic results obtained.

   In order to get three-dimensional effect, there are three types of OV-OPF have

   been developed.OPF-06N:General Type;OPF-07N:Hi-Adhesion Type;OPF-03N:

   High viscosity also could add the glitter. Thinner and thicker also available for

   your operation convenience.

1.Good adhesion strength. Adhesion and flexibility is better than PAP.

2.UV curing speed limition: 800W/cm x 10M/min. Thickness of top coating will

   effect the drying performance and adhesion strength of the product.

3.Degree of surface treatment of OPP film can be determined by surface tension 

   reagent. Japanese OPP film is highly recommended in Taiwan industry due to

   the adhesion stability of film.
